Updated May 21, 2020

Since the stay at home order we have been able to move a lot of our programs and ministries online.  While it can never replace meeting together, we are grateful for each of you and are striving to keep everyone safe.

Here’s a look at some of the things we have in place right now.

All in-person meetings & ministries are canceled through June 7, 2020.

  • SUNDAY MESSAGE & WORSHIP: streaming at 10 AM on Sunday mornings.
    • Sunday school curriculum for preschool through 6th grade can be found here: https://rchapel.org/3276-2/
    • Families registered with our Student Ministries will receive weekly e-mails containing devotions/lessons and links to video chats, tailored for each age group.
  • ARISE GROUPS: Many of the groups are meeting via video chat.  To join a group, contact the group leader or email Heather at rbcupdates@gmail.com

  • WEEKLY BULLETIN : an email is sent out once a week with RBC updates.  To sign up email Heather at rbcupdates@gmail.com
    • We have a team of people that are reaching out to check in, encourage, pray and meet needs.
    • Gerard will be available for crisis counseling.
    • Because of job loss, reduction in pay or elderly sheltering to limit the risk of infection, we understand that expected needs may arise and we encourage you to reach out to the deacons.  We can assist in food costs, shopping and financial needs.  Email rchapeldeacons@gmail.com or call Matt at 201-803-2313 or Greg at 201-906-0098 .
    • We want to ensure that RBC is in a position to financially assist those who find themselves in a position of need. We do not desire financial gifts from a sense of guilt or obligation, but we believe that giving as an important spiritual discipline that will bless our congregation both spiritually and practically. Here’s the link with options to give. https://rchapel.org/giving.
    • Online giving can be done through
      • PayPal: paypal.me/rbiblechapel
      • Bill Pay: Most banks’ “bill pay” feature on their website or app
      • Checks can be mailed to:
        • Rutherford Bible Chapel
        • PO Box 5
        • Rutherford, NJ 07070

We understand that with many changes comes questions and concerns. We encourage you to reach out. The RBC family is here for you and we will continue to seek the Lord’s wisdom in navigating this time.
